Saturday 18 August     Church BBQ . All are invited to the rectory Gartons Lane 5 p.m.-7.30                                         p.m. bring drinks and a dessert or salad, sign up sheets in church will                               be available, we'll supply the meat and rolls.

26 August                       2 p.m.—4 p.m. Open Church at St. Nicholas

29 August                       7.30 p.m. PCC  in the parish meeting room at St. Nicholas.

1 September 10.30 a.m. Messy Church at St. Nicholas

5 September   Parish Day of Prayer- 7 a.m. St Michaels, 1 p.m. All Saints, 7 p.m.

16 September  2 p.m.– 4 p.m. Garden Party at Bishop’s Lodge, Woolton Park.

Bishop Paul and Kate are inviting all clergy and congregations.

Places are limited, so booking is essential. Please e-mail with your name and the number of tickets requested for children and adults.

21 September 7.30 p.m. Harvest Hotpot Supper and entertainment in the Hall Dining Room. Tickets £7 (under 16s £4) are now available in church or office.

22 September Launch of Transform NorthWest (new church plants in St. Helens, Warrington and Widnes) Saturday 22nd Sept 4 p.m.-7.p.m. at St. Helens College Town Centre Campus. You need to book your free tickets at
